For the weeks of July 9—12, July 16—19, and July 23—26 we are have a summer art camp at the North Penn High School. Here is a list of the different art camps that we are holding.
Drawing I 
Grade 1-5, July 9-12, 2018

Enhance your creativity and drawing skills this summer. Fundamentals of drawing will be taught by a professional illustrator including light and shadow, perspective and composition. New subject matter (objects to draw) will be offered each year. All materials are included in the camp fee.

Drawing II
Grades 1-5 July 16-19, 2018
This camp is for those who have completed Drawing I.
Fundamentals of drawing will continue as you incorporate pastels and pen/ink mediums to create still life and wildlife drawings.
All materials are included in the camp fee.

Go Figure
Grade Range: 3 – 8 July 16-19, 2018
Draw figures in proportion using pose able action figures and toys. Great starter class for future cartoonists, illustrators, animators, and artists who want to draw people and 
animals that look real.

Manga/Graphic Novel Camp
July 23-26, 2018
This introductory camp focuses on two wildly popular drawing styles for beginners and advanced artists. Develop a story, draw your characters in their environment from pencil sketches to finished art. Inspiring art from these genres will be explored.

Mini Comics
Grade Range: 2 – 7 July 9-12, 2018
Write and draw your own mini comic. All skill levels welcome. Each child will receive one on one guidance. The finished comic books will be photocopied so you can share! Come in with a story idea and start penciling on day one. Day two you will ink. Day three you will finish the comic. Day four you will share your work with your fellow cartoonists!

Multimedia Art

Enrich your summer and experiment with a variety of art materials including different paints, printing ink, pencils, pastels, and more. New projects are offered each summer.
