Join us on Monday, July 20th from 6:30-8:30pm over at Eclipse Center For Creative Community, located at 30 Vine Street in Lansdale for Make Art Monday. For this month’s meeting we will be making mobiles inspired by the artwork of Alexander Calder. Alexander Calder was born in Philadelphia on July 22, 1898. His grandfather was a sculptor, who is best known for the statue of William Penn on top of City Hall in Philadelphia.
Please bring a pair of needle nosed pliers and wire cutters if you have them (we will have a few sets, but they are available on a first come first serve basis). We will have all other needed supplies. The cost of admission is $10. All skill levels are welcome so feel free to bring friends.
